What's included

Routine Visits During Dry Season

We will visit your property about every 6 weeks to check and refill bait stations and monitor for any new ground squirrel activity.

The bait we use is restricted by the state so we are only able to use it during the dry months (typically April through October) but we do provide emergency trapping services during the wet months in case the squirrels begin digging at your foundation, driveway, or other structures.

Unlimited Service Calls

Anytime new activity is seen in between our routine visits, all you have to do is let us know and we will service your property at no additional cost.

Fixed Price

Pricing is based on how many bait stations are needed on your property and is charged up front for the entire year.
