What's included

Since gophers, moles, and voles cannot be prevented from coming onto your property our ongoing program gives you year round control of these pesky critters!

Routine Visits

We will come out 8 times a year unprompted to walk your entire property to monitor and treat for any new activity. We will utilize a combination of baiting* and trapping techniques to gain control over the critter populations. During the winter we will bait in any nearby, accessible open space which will help reduce the amount of activity come spring and summer.

Unlimited Service Calls

You can call us out as often as you need us! Anytime you see new activity just let us know and we’ll be out within 2 business days to service your property.

Flat Monthly Fee

All visits and catches are covered by a monthly fee and you can cancel at anytime.

*Please note that baiting means poison, we do offer a trapping only program for those who would prefer not to use poison on their properties.
